What our handling solutions don't cover
- Loads above 100 kg: beyond the SWL of the Mobile Order Picking Arm and the Mobile Jib Crane, an overhead crane or a dedicated lifting system is the better fit.
- Fully automated flows with no operator (goods-to-man, AGVs, conveyors with no human intervention): our equipment is designed to keep the operator at the centre of the process. If the goal is a fully autonomous cycle, a robotics integrator will serve you better.
- Very small loads under 500 g: below that threshold, the ergonomic problem is different in nature. Reworking the workstation layout is the better fit.
The Mobile Order Picking Arm is designed for exactly this constraint. Its frontal architecture lets it approach the load horizontally under the beam, from as low as 467 mm off the ground — exactly where a vertical lifting column can’t operate. Fitted with a multi-format suction cup or a universal carbon pad, it grips the carton and extracts it without the operator carrying or bending. Across 800 to 1,200 picks a day, that’s the difference between a sustainable role and a work-related injury.
The deciding factor is the operation. The Mobile Order Picking Arm is built for picking in racking aisles: it mounts on your existing forklift, works under the beams and follows the picking flow. The removable battery gives 8 to 12 hours of autonomy on a single charge — a second battery allows continuous use across two shifts. Recharging is done on a standard 230V-16A outlet.
All grippers are tool-free interchangeable, in seconds. Multi-format suction cup or universal carbon pad for cartons and parcels; bag suction cup for soft, irregular surfaces (cement, aggregates, flour); round suction cup or hook tool for buckets and drums; expandable mandrel for reels and spools.
