The data is only shared internally within NEODITECH to customer service, the marketing/sales department, and the communications department.

The data is accessible to NEODITECH’s subcontractors (particularly for website hosting purposes). Subcontractors act on NEODITECH’s instructions and are required to implement appropriate measures to protect this personal data.

The user’s personal data will be retained for a maximum of:

  • For a period of 3 years from the date of collection in the absence of a contract;
  • In the event of a contract or order being concluded, for the entire contractual period, then kept in interim archives for a period corresponding to the warranty period, if any, plus the applicable statutory limitation period (5 years in most cases).

  • the right to provide NEODITECH with instructions to manage the disposition of their personal data (retention, erasure, disclosure to a third party, etc.) in the event of their death;

The user may exercise these rights by writing to the following email address: info@neoditech.com

However, the user is advised that their objection to processing may, in practice and depending on the circumstances, impact or make it impossible to process a request for information or use the services offered on the Site.

The user also has the right to appeal to a national supervisory authority such as the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties in the event of a violation of applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular European Regulation No. 2016-679.

Hyperlinks and Cookies

The NEODITECH website contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, set up with NEODITECH’s authorization.
However, NEODITECH is unable to verify the content of the websites visited and therefore assumes no liability in this regard.

When you visit the website https://www.neoditech.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), certain information relating to your browsing may be recorded in “cookie” files installed on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, or any other internet-enabled device).

These cookies are issued by NEODITECH to facilitate your browsing on this Site and for audience measurement purposes.

This article helps you understand what a cookie is, its role, and how to configure its operation.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file that, thanks to your browser software, is placed in a dedicated space on your device’s hard drive when you visit a website or view an advertisement. It contains several pieces of data such as the name of the server that placed it (the server of the website you are visiting), a unique identifier, and possibly an expiration date for the cookie.

Cookies allow their issuer to recognize the device of the user on whom it is registered and to collect information relating to their browsing on websites.

Cookies issued on this Website

“Essential cookies” for the operation of the Website: they allow us to store information entered in forms, manage and secure access to reserved areas (registration or access to your account, requested service, contents of a shopping cart, etc.).

“Functional cookies”: these allow the presentation of the Site to be adapted to the display preferences of your terminal (language used, display resolution, etc.) and thus personalize your access to the Site.

“Analytical cookies” (or “audience measurement cookies”): These anonymously collect traffic data to compile statistics and traffic volumes (number of visits, page views, etc.) and to understand the use of the elements that make up this Site (sections and pages viewed, etc.), enabling NEODITECH to monitor and improve the quality of its services.

“Social cookies”: These allow you to interact with social plugins on the Site (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

“Targeting or retargeting cookies” allow us to tailor browsing to your choices and preferences, possibly offering products and services that may be of interest to you. Certain third-party cookies may be installed on the Site via our trusted business partners to provide you with offers related to other websites.

Managing Your Cookies

You can control and manage the installation of these cookies on your device by configuring your browser software.

You can configure your browser to accept or reject all cookies, either systematically or based on their issuer. You can also choose to be automatically informed when a cookie is stored on your device.

Finally, to enjoy greater control over cookie management, you can configure your browser software so that you are occasionally prompted to accept or reject cookies before a cookie is placed on your hard drive by the server of the website you are visiting.

It is therefore advisable to configure your browser settings as you see fit.
