Unlike fixed equipment, the SCARA requires no floor anchoring: it moves with the operator, from workstation to workstation, as production demands. This flexibility eliminates redundant investments across multiple posts and makes the solution particularly valuable for facilities that serve several lines or regularly adapt their floor layout.

Electric drive wheel base: full autonomy
A single operator drives the unit independently between workstations — no pallet truck, no assistance, no time lost. The electric base is self-powered, making the manipulator fully autonomous in energy.
Floor-mounted base: on request only
For customers who require a permanent fixed installation, Neoditech offers a floor-mounted option on request. This configuration falls outside the standard range and is specified only where the application demands it. For handling tasks that do not require an articulated arm, the mobile jib crane is an alternative solution.
Pallet truck base: occasional repositioning
For environments where the manipulator stays at a fixed post most of the time and is relocated only occasionally, the pallet truck base allows repositioning with a standard manual or electric pallet truck.

SCARA TITAN industrial manipulator
The SCARA TITAN is designed for loads up to 100 kg — also at a 2-metre action radius including gripper — and offers a vertical stroke of 1.20 metres for more demanding applications: wooden panels, metal profiles, bodywork parts, titanium billets.
Its extended vertical reach allows the TITAN to work deep inside machinery or in tight assembly areas while maintaining the same fluidity as the PARTS.

Zero-gravity handling: the principle behind both models
The core technology is the same across the range: the arm fully compensates the load weight. The operator moves parts with minimal force and high precision — no vibration, no rebound, no jerky movement. This smoothness is maintained after eight hours of operation, reducing physical fatigue and stabilising handling quality throughout the entire shift.
Optional brakes can freeze the load in space, giving the operator complete control when positioning sensitive or asymmetrical components.

Neoditech’s design office develops a custom gripping tool for each industrial manipulator arm application. Gripping tools can be manual, pneumatic or electric — this technology choice applies exclusively to the gripper, not to the arm itself.
